TURKEY BURGER SOFT TACOS:
Serves: 4-5
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Total Time: 12-17 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 medium onion
1.25 lbs. turkey burger
2-3 tablespoons seasoning blend
8 flour tortillas
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 an avocado, sliced
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped
light sour cream, to taste
Directions:
1) Add olive oil to pan. Heat on medium to medium high-heat.
2) Once the pan is hot, add the garlic and only 1/2 of the onion (save the other 1/2 for toppings). Stir until the garlic is golden brown and onions are darker in color (about 5 mins.).

4) A few minutes before the meat is cooked, warm the tortillas in a heated pan. After removing each from the pan, stack them on top of the other, recovering the stack with a paper towel after each time to keep them warm.
